The Account Manager is a vital role to the success of the OfficeLuv team - they work closely with the Sales and Operations team to satisfy and develop client accounts.  The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships and discovering new ways to go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service to our clients in Chicago. Your role will be focused on generating new business from existing clients as their product specialist, identifying opportunities for upselling, and increase account values.

  • You're process driven - updating Salesforce and other management tools is not a challenge
  • You're organized and detail-oriented
  • You’ve got 3 - 5 years of direct client and/or sales experience



  • Establish relationships with our clients while continuously analyzing daily operations to enhance the quality of our product and service operations
  • Work with the Sales team and Operations team as a liaison to fulfill various products and services as requested by the client
  • Generate new business through your own outbound prospecting to our existing clientele
  • Identify customer expectations in order to make recommendations to increase monthly contracts
  • Understand where opportunities exist in each account and work closely with our Operations team to coordinate strategy to execute
  • Monitor and regularly report account health
  • Take personal accountability for workload and ability to manage multiple projects and clients
